Fresh Garlic

Fresh Garlic is the leading product in our fresh vegetable series. We source our garlic from Jinxiang, Shandong. Jinxiang is known as the "Garlic Capital of China." The garlic from this area has large bulbs, even cloves, thin skin, and a strong pungent taste. Our Fresh Garlic is the current season's new garlic. After harvest, we dry the garlic in the sun. Then we trim the roots and stems. We sort the garlic by size. Finally, we store it in our cold storage. The temperature stays at 0–2°C. The relative humidity stays at 65%–70%. Under these conditions, fresh garlic stays fresh for 8 to 10 months. The skin stays tight, the cloves stay full, and the water content stays high.

We offer different size grades. Grade 1 has a diameter of 6 cm or above. Grade 2 has a diameter of 5 to 6 cm. Grade 3 has a diameter of 4 to 5 cm. We can also custom pack specific sizes based on your requirements. Our packaging options include mesh bags, cartons, or custom printed packaging.

Our company was established on March 13, 2001. We have over 20 years of export experience. Fresh vegetables were our first business. This is our oldest and most mature product category. We have modern cold storage facilities that hold hundreds of tons of garlic. We have a sorting workshop and packaging line. Our daily processing capacity is over 20 tons. Our General Manager, Mr. Lin Zesong, has over 30 years of experience in vegetable exports. He personally oversees raw material procurement and quality control.

Our Fresh Garlic is mainly exported to Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. We have stable customers in the Korean market, including suppliers to large supermarkets. The new garlic season is from June to August each year. This is when we get the most orders. We suggest you place your order 2–3 months in advance. This ensures you get the best quality garlic and the best shipping schedule.

We offer free samples for testing. You are also welcome to visit our factory for inspection. Standard delivery time is one week. Custom packaging (such as mesh bags or printed cartons) also ships within one week. We provide full export documents including phytosanitary certificates, origin certificates, and health certificates.

Our factory is located in Guxian Town, Pingdu, Qingdao. We are only 1.5 hours from Qingdao Port. This makes shipping fast and convenient. We have modern cold storage and sorting facilities. Every batch of Fresh Garlic has a unique batch number. This number tracks the source farm, harvest date, storage conditions, and shipping information.

We work with local farmers to ensure quality. We provide them with planting guidance and quality standards. We test for pesticide residues before we accept the harvest. This farm-to-table control gives you a safe, high-quality product.
